The wedding is getting closer and so it was time for engagements! Jaimi Brewer, my cousin West's lovely wife owns a photography business called Phiz Photography. She had some fun ideas of what we could do for engagement pictures since everything outside was dead and there wasn't even snow to take pictures in.
We got our engagements taken just west of Gateway and also at the Salt Lake City Library. Jaimi did a great job and we are so pleased. Here are just a few of our favorites.
I wanted to do this jumping picture, don't worry, I got made fun of for it. Adam just can't seem to keep his tongue in his mouth when he jumps. Too funny.
Adam and I are not the best models, but it was fun to see Adam try. He is such a sweetheart who always knows exactly what to do to make me smile. Some pictures turned out pretty cheesy - I know, but I love it.
With the sky turning gray with all of the cloud cover, we were worried the rain was going to make us have to reschedule, but instead the rain and wind just added to the fun. Our engagements turned out great even though it was rainy and freezing the whole time - guess it made for good lighting.
